• Eventure Planning and Services Reserves all right not to proceed with delivery / self-collection in the event of non-fulfillment of amount payable.

• Cancellation Orders are to be communicated to Eventure Planning and Services Via WHATSAPP 48 Hours prior to above stated delivery time, else Eventure Planning and Services Reserves all rights to impose a 50% penalty on above quoted total.

• Cancellation Orders for items already delivered on site are chargeable and not refundable.

• Lost, or damaged rental products upon return will impose a fee of 300% of total rental rates. Hirer must handle all products with care.

• If client self-collect the equipment, the equipment must be returned to Eventure Planning and Services on the promised return date, else Eventure Planning and Services Reserves all rights to impose a 50% penalty on the above quoted total as the late charges.

• Self Collection will available for minimum RM150 and above order only.
